Don't just take our word for it. Hear directly from users on G2 who have used
Twilio
and
MessageBird
firsthand
I like how Twilio drives our user authentication process through a single API that does the job of an otp ( one-time password ), while also guarding our verification process against artificially inflated traffic attacks by continuously monitoring our current and previous sms traffic behaviour. Twilio has consistently not only met but often surpasses the requirements and expectations.
Software Engineering Manager
Very easy to use, with a ton of information available on how certain functions work and why. The help center is very comprehensive such that a beginner could navigate the platform with just research. Navigation through different parts of the platform can prove to be difficult due to some of the placements of things not being as intuitive as others. this makes brand management a bit more difficult.

Being able to interact with our clients via their preferred platforms, using a single API is incredibly efficient, and saves us a lot of work and headaches. It's helpful also for sending through notifications for updates on their services or orders with us. Our only issue with MessageBird is that there is no monthly billing invoice/statement.

Message bird has an impressive yet simple user interface, which allows you to configure all the necessary aspects to integrate Whatsapp, social network messaging and text messages. However, I think that an opportunity for improvement is to be able to quickly make the user who logs in for the first time understand where to click to go to the inbox.
