Ease of use when setting up the API and also wonderful customer service that responds very promptly and accurately. If you do not have a business account, which I did the mistake of setting up with before I knew they had the business account option, you need to validate yourself with official government issued documents.

The Gupshup team portals are very user-friendly which provide real-time solutions. The gupshup team proactively works on all the requests raised. The SPOCs from Gupshup are helpful, receptive, and solution-oriented. The transaction ID format is non-compatible with excel format. Gupshup should look into changing the format.

There's never any time when I've heard a no from my sales PoC. Whatever customizations are required, the PoC ensures that the same is getting done. Timely completion of the work is the only place where I felt things could have been better.
