Telnyx
and
Karix
firsthand
Always found the telnyx service to be the most reliable and affordable out of all its competitors. Ease of use when setting up the API and also wonderful customer service that responds very promptly and accurately. If you do not have a business account, which I did the mistake of setting up with before I knew they had the business account option, you need to validate yourself with official government issued documents.
Small Business Owner
Lower Overall Costs than the competition for SMS/Messaging services with good baseline reliability, as well as Customer Success engagement via dedicated Account Executives, have been the key factors that differentiate Telnyx and which have kept us on as clients. Also, nice effort is put into providing and updating quality Blogs, Articles and Documentation
Senior Developer
No challenges faced with the product. We use the API for sending sms. Its a 2 way channel where the customer sends us an SMS and our team responds to them via an API. However their customer service is very slow. The account managers assigned to our account lack responsibility towards us. Invoices are not received on time and they do not track payments as well.
Mid-Market
We fed up with the way that they responded when we needed their support at a crucial time. We immediately reached out to a customer-centric vendor and moved on without a second thought. I don't think they've resolved any business problem apart from providing a general sms service. We're disappointed with your support, team Karix.
