Tons of services available for a great low price. Highly recommend for small businesses who need the ability to have all the features of an enterprise system at a fraction of the price!
Small Business
The best thing about Ooma is the great and helpful customer service. Every time I have a problem the customer service department is there to help and provide support. There desktop office phones are also very good quality and the voice is very clear. SMS/Text messaging is unreliable sometimes
Small Business
The main problem we are solving is bringing external calling capabilities to MS Teams users through a more manageable and cost-effective means than going the MS dial plan route. Microsoft has, however, made improvements to its dial plans that have lessened some of the advantages with phone number management and routing.
Enterprise User
The GUI is extremely user-friendly! Processing new requests and looking up existing ones is quick and simple. The notification feature saves you time without manually checking back for updates. The only item that would be helpful and a time saver would be the ability to process CNAM requests for Canadian numbers the same way as local US numbers.
