However, I think that an opportunity for improvement is to be able to quickly make the user who logs in for the first time understand where to click to go to the inbox.

Its simple and easy to set up the service, the call data and recordings can be easily accessed. In all these years that we have been using their service, we have never really faced any kind of major service related issues. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, especially the sms service cost which is way higher than those offered in the market. Also there could be lot more user data that could be made available which is currently missing.
