Is the pricing based on notification requested or triggered?
Every time a notification request is sent to SuprSend, it processes the request by taking into account multiple parameters, like templates, user channels, user preference, vendor configs. In some cases, SuprSend may not call providers API (if a channel is disabled or a user has unsubscribed). In successful cases, SuprSend will call providers API, which we call notification triggered. SuprSend charges on count of notification triggered only. SuprSend saves you the provider cost when notification is not supposed to be sent.
Can I get pricing based on Monthly Engaged Users?
We offer pricing based on Monthly Engaged Users in Enterprise plan only. You can send unlimited notifications to your users under this plan. Contact us to know more!
