We used to run our business email through the same mail servers as our product emails. It was a continual pain point. We would seem to end up in continual loop of blacklists and lobbying to get off of blacklists for seemingly no good reason. No longer with SES. Low volume of real people in business email and high volume of transactional emails through SES with no hassles.

It became our job when we saw low engagement. With SES we haven't brought up any issues with IT for a very long time.
