I like the ability to choose my pricing levels based on how many emails are sent versus how many contacts I have in my account. Just because there are 20,000+ emails in my account does not mean that I send an email campaign out to all of those addresses every month. The only thing I have found that I dislike is navigating the Stats of an email campaign.
