Don't just take our word for it. Hear directly from users on G2 who have used

What I like best about SMTP.com is that I don't have to worry about junky and spammy websites causing the shared IP address to get penalized. That was the most critical factor for me when it came to me choosing SMTP.com over a competitor. The two main dislikes I have at the moment are that SMTP.com doesn't have a more affordable plan, and it does go down for a few minutes every few months or so, which could equate to lost leads.

We had deliverability issues with sparkpost before and they just shut down our account and with smtp folks we were able to quickly setup everything and have good results so far. No interface to manage email campaigns
Email Marketing and Campaigns manager

The bad thing about mailjet's is that it supports a limited number of triggers and conditions, which can make it difficult to create complex email workflows.
Small-Business
The most helpful thing about the Mailjet platform is that it helps a lot to provide a robust email service and to create and track my company's marketing and transactional emails. The advantage of using this platform is that it helps provide powerful insights and rich data. The templates on this platform are also user-friendly. Its features are also really great, and it is one of the most helpful platforms to offer features like integration with applications.
