Best about this product is -Easy to handle, Better deliverability, Track opens, clicks, unsubscribe, bounce, etc, Have template builder, Get help of customer sucess in-case face any issues such as email deliverability, spam issues etc. We have implemented the same in our marketing automation flow through webengage and the jorneys works well. We would need more support in future whenever we increase our automation journey flow!

I use Sparkpost to manage my customers' email domains through our platform, so I have a pretty narrow use case, but it works perfectly for that use case - no complaints! The only thing I don't like is that domain verification resets after a given timeframe. But I don't think that's something specific to Sparkpost. I like the ability to choose my pricing levels based on how many emails are sent versus how many contacts I have in my account. Just because there are 20,000+ emails in my account does not mean that I send an email campaign out to all of those addresses every month. The only thing I have found that I dislike is navigating the Stats of an email campaign.
